These issues were identified during NorthWestern’s outreach program by the public, local elected officials, and the agencies, and are typical for a transmission line of this magnitude.
Some of the agencies and interest groups expressed strong opinions about the location of the route.
Issues and concerns will be identified during the EIS scoping process.
