environmental review process
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW process:
We are now finishing the applicant process drive by the MFSA. This process requires that NorthWestern the proposed action and at least two alternatives.
During preparation of the MFSA Application and ER, NorthWestern coordinated with the agencies to collect data, identify issues, and to help expedite the work and analysis for the EIS.
The joint State of MT / Federal EIS process will require scoping, consider alternatives, and identify an environmentally preferred route.
