Third Party Contractor Chosen
NorthWestern has chosen PBS&J (www.pbsj.com) as the third party contractor to complete the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the MSTI project. PBS&J provides a broad range of professional services including infrastructure planning, engineering, construction management, architecture, general environmental services, and program management services to public and private clients.
